Surah Al‑Fatiḥah
One of the Companions recited Surah Al‑Fātiḥah as ruqyah over a man who had been harmed (stung or bitten). By Allah’s permission, the man was cured.
When this was later mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ, he approved of it and indicated that Surah Al‑Fātiḥah is a form of healing, confirming that it was correct to use it as ruqyah.
Key Point from the Prophet ﷺ:
The Prophet ﷺ affirmed that Al‑Fātiḥah is a cure (shifāʾ) and did not object to its use for healing. - Sahih al‑Bukhari, Hadith 5736

The Prophet ﷺ encouraged reciting this du‘āʾ for protection against the evil eye, harm, and envy.
