Before Entering
Say:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from male and female devils.”

Then Enter with left foot

No dhikr or talking
Use left hand for cleaning
Then Enter with left foot

Step out with right foot
Say:
غُفْرَانَكَ
